The template editor
The editor runs in your browser. Brand and text settings are stored in local browser storage. Uploaded photos are used in memory and are included if you save a project file. The editor does not upload your photos or project files to Neatwork.
This storefront
This storefront uses first-party analytics. A random identifier is saved on this device to measure repeat visits. The blue/green theme experiment has ended; everyone now receives the green design. We collect page views and sample, customization and checkout clicks, plus an allowlisted campaign tag, in our hosting database. We do not collect your name, email, uploaded files, full browsing history, or precise location in these analytics. Fonts are served from this site. Hosting providers may process technical request information to serve pages. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable analytics and checkout attribution. Clearing browser storage resets the assignment.
The brand brief
The brand studio stores a draft of your entered business details and preferences in this browser. Your logo stays in memory and is included in a brief file if you download one. The brief is not automatically submitted. If you choose the email handoff, your email app sends the details and any file you attach to info@tryida.com. The sandbox checkout can receive your email and a brief reference when you choose to continue; it does not receive the full brief or logo through that reference.
Checkout
The connected Stripe sandbox accepts test payments only. The linked payment provider processes payment and order information under its own privacy notice. Neatwork may receive the order and contact details needed to deliver your purchase and provide support. Payment-card handling occurs with that provider.
Advertising
The accompanying campaign is a draft. No Meta advertising pixel is active on this storefront. Theme and anonymous reference tags can be sent to Stripe when you open checkout; a signature-verified paid checkout event records the theme, amount, currency and checkout identifier. Sandbox payments are reported separately from real sales. These analytics do not deliver the product or place advertising cookies.
